Prior to joining Greater Media, Mr. Redo served as Vice President of Station Operations and Strategy for New York Public Radio, WNYC-AM and FM.  Prior to that, he spent four years as Vice President of MJI Broadcasting in New York (which became a division of Premiere Radio Networks in 1999).  In addition, Mr. Redo spent eight years as Vice President/General Manager for Viacom's WLIT-FM in Chicago and was the first Program Director for AC powerhouse WLTW in New York.

Mr. Redo served as Program Director of Greater Media's WMJX-FM in Boston from 1986-1990 and also worked as an on-air personality for the original WROR in the early 1980's.

A Manhattan native, Mr. Redo received his Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology and Psychology in 1978 from Colby College.  He is the former President of the Radio Broadcasters of Chicago.  In addition, Mr. Redo served as an elected member of the Arbitron Advisory Council from 1996-1997 and received the "Air Personality of the Year" Award from Billboard Magazine in 1978. Over the years, he has also served on a variety of non-profit boards.

Mr. Redo currently serves on the Board of Directors of the Boston Ad Club and the Massachusetts Broadcasters Association.

Mr. Kelley was appointed Vice President/Director of Programming of Greater Media’s WMJX in Boston in 2003.

In addition to overseeing the programming efforts of WMJX-FM in Boston, he is also responsible for consulting company’s Adult Contemporary stations in Philadelphia and New Jersey.

Mr. Kelley was recruited to program MAGIC 106.7/WMJX in Boston in January 1990.

Prior to that, he served as program director of WFTQ/Worcester, Ma. , WYYY/Syracuse, NY., WQXT/Palm Beach, WHEB/Portsmouth, NH., WGTR/Natick, Ma., WOCB/Cape Cord and WMAS/Springfield, Ma.

Mr. Kelley was the Program Director of the very first radio station in America to utilize the MIX format; WWMX/MIX 106.5, in Baltimore, MD.

Mr. Kelley is a past winner of “Samurai Sword” Award presented by The Research Group.

Tom Bender was named Senior Vice President & General Manager of Greater Media Interactive in November 2007. He is responsible for building on the foundation in place with Greater Media's interactive efforts and for coordinating and consulting individual station efforts. as well as creating company-wide systems and resources.

Prior to that, Mr. Bender served as Regional General Manager of Greater Media's Detroit-based operation since November 1986. He was responsible for changing the format of a failing Adult Contemporary  radio station to become the first "Classic Rock" format station in America, WCSX.

He has served on a variety of industry committees, including the Arbitron Advisory Council, the NAB's COLRAM committee and the Michigan Association of Broadcasters Radio Issues Committee.

Mr. Bender was also the first market managers in America to launch the HD Digital Radio initiative by unveiling RIFF2, MORE MAGIC and WCSX Deep Trax on the Motor City airwaves in August of 2005.

In 2005, he was named "Market Manager of the Year" by Radio Ink Magazine and was officially inducted into the Michigan Association of Broadcasters Hall of Fame in July of 2007.

Mr. Bender currently resides with his wife, Tawnya and their two children, in Detroit, Michigan.

Mr. Finn was named Vice President & Regional General Manager in 2001, when Greater Media Inc. purchased New Jersey Broadcasting Inc.  He was promoted to Senior Vice President in December 2007.

Prior to working with Greater Media, he served as president and chief operating officer of New Jersey Broadcasting (WDHA, WMTR, WWTR, WRAT & WJRZ). After the acquisition, Mr. Finn was given the responsibility of overseeing Greater Media's existing heritage properties in New Jersey, WMGQ-FM and WCTC-AM,  in addition to managing the former NJB stations.

He was elected to the board of directors of the New Jersey Broadcasters Association (NJBA) as treasurer in 2001. In 2004 & 2005, he was unanimously elected chairman of the organization.

In 2006, Mr. Finn was elected to the board of directors of the New Jersey Ad Club.

Mr. Finn was featured as one of New Jersey’s “Top Executives Under Forty Years Old” in the 2002 Annual “40 Under 40” issue, published by New Jersey Business Magazine.

Prior to joining Greater Media, Mr. Fullam co-founded EPG Consulting. He is the former President & Chief Operating Officer (COO) of Infinity Broadcasting and Senior Regional Vice President of Clear Channel Communications.

As VP/General Manager, Mr. Fullam helped turnaround WKTU, New York in 1996 and Z100, New York, in 1997. Prior to that, he served as president of Evergreen Media in Detroit, Michigan. While there, he oversaw the company’s Motor City properties including WNIC and WKQI.

Mr. Fullam holds a Master’s degree in Business.

Mr. Paul Blake was promoted to the position of Vice President of Sales for Greater Media Philadelphia in April 2007. Mr. Blake is responsible for overseeing the sales activities and initiatives for all of Greater Media's Philadelphia-based properties, which include market-leading FM stations WMMR, WMGK and WBEN-FM, as well as new Smooth Jazz WJJZ and Sports Radio 950 WPEN-AM.

The Philadelphia native joined Greater Media in 2002 as the General Sales Manager of WMMR-FM, and was promoted to Director of Sales for all of Greater Media's Philadelphia stations in January 2006. Prior to joining Greater Media, Mr. Blake was the Sales Manager of Clear Channel's WSNI (now WISX) and WJJZ in Philadelphia.

Ben S. Cannizzaro is the General Manager and Publisher of Greater Media Newspapers, a group of 12 weekly newspapers based in Freehold. Prior to joining Greater Media in 2007, he served as the Vice President of Manufacturing for New Jersey Media Group.

Mr. Cannizzaro started his newspaper career at The Herald News and News Tribune. In 1992, Ben became Transportation, Mailroom and Fleet Manager of The Record and Herald News of HAckensack. He was promoted to Production Manager in 1994 and Vice President of Manufacturing in 1997. As General Manager and Publisher, he is responsible for all departments of the weekly newspaper chain.
