Prior to that, Baker was the Vice President/Market Manager of Clear Channel's Santa Barbara operation, including KTYD, KSBL, KIST-AM/FM, KTMS and KBKO and worked as the Vice President/General Manager at Entercom Communications’ Boston-based radio operation from 1999-2005. In addition, he ran the company's Portland-based stations from 1996-1999. The radio veteran has also served on the management teams at Brown Broadcasting and RKO General, as well as worked as an account executive at Avco Broadcasting and Shenval Broadcasting |

He originally joined the organization as Director of Non-Traditional Revenue in October of 2004 and was quickly promoted to Station Manager of 92.9 WBOS-FM. Prior to joining Greater Media Boston, Mr. Paquin worked for CBS Radio for 15 years as General Sales Manager and Director of Sales at WODS-FM and WZLX-FM in Boston, Massachusetts. Charlotte![]() Rick JacksonVP / General Manager Greater Media Charlotte WBT AM-FM & WLNK FM Rick Jackson joined Greater Charlotte in January 2008 when the company acquired WBT AM-FM and WLNK-FM from Lincoln Financial Group (LFG). He previously served as Sr. Vice President/General Manager of LFG's Charlotte properties since 1992. Prior to that, Mr. Jackson worked as the FM Program Director/Morning Personality and AM Program Director/Morning Personality at KYGO-FM in Denver, Colorado from 1980-1992. Prior to that, he performed as the Afternoon Drive Personality at KLAK-FM and KERE-AM in Denver, as well as KBRN-FM in Brighton, Colorado. Mr. Jackson received the coveted Radio Wayne “General Manager of the Year” award from Radio Ink Magazine in 2003 and the North Carolina Association of Broadcasters “Distinguished Service Award (Earl Gluck Award) in 2005. He currently participates as an Advisory Board member of the University of North Carolina School of Journalism program. In addition, Mr. Jackson is a past president of the North Carolina Association of Broadcasters (NCAB) and the Charlotte Area Radio Managers (CHARM). On a community level, he currently serves as Chairman of the Charlotte Assistance League Advisory Board, is an active member of the Charlotte Rotary Club and volunteers as the Director of Explorer Scout Program (Post 1110). |
![]() Steve SklenarDirector Sales Greater Media Charlotte Steve Sklenar has served as Director of Sales at Greater Media Charlotte’s WBT AM/FM & WLNK-FM since August of 2005. He originally joined Lincoln Financial Group as an Account Executive of WLNK-FM in March of 1997. Mr. Sklenar was named Local Sales Manager of WBT & WLNK in September of 1999 and was subsequently promoted to the postion of General Sales Manager of WBT AM/FM in August of 2001. The Annapolis, Maryland native received a Bachelor of Associates degree in English from Towson University in Maryland and an MBA in Management from Colorado State University. He was named a finalist Radio Wayne Awards “General Sales Manager of the Year” category in 2004 and 2006. In addition, Mr. Sklenar was named “Charlotte Radio Division Employee of the Year” in 2005 and “WBT AM/FM and WLNK Account Executive of the Year” in 1997. He was named among the “Charlotte 40 Under the Age of 40 Top Executives” in 2006. In addition, Sklenar has been a past president and currently serves on the Board of Directors for the Executive Association of Charlotte since 2004. |
Detroit![]() John GallagherMarket Manager Greater Media Detroit John F. Gallagher joined Greater Media in May of 2008. As Market Manager, he is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the company's Detroit-based radio properties, including WRIF-FM, WCSX-FM and WMGC-FM on May 5th, 2008. The 23 year radio veteran previously served as the Vice President/Market Manager of ABC Radio/890 WLS in Chicago and Director of Sales at WJR-AM in Detroit. Mr. Gallagher began his career with ABC Radio in April of 1985. In November of 1987, he was named Business Manager at WJR-AM/WHYT-FM Detroit, before becoming an Account Executive with WJR-AM in 1991. Mr. Gallagher was subsequently promoted to National Sales Manager in 1993 and General Sales Manager in 1995. In 1998, Gallagher became the Director of Sales for WJR-AM and WPLT-FM Detroit. He was promoted to President and General Manager of WLS-AM 890/WRDZ 1300 Chicago in October 2004. In July 2006, Mr. Gallagher was given the additional responsibility of serving as President and General Manager of 94.7-FM Chicago’s True Oldies Channel. He is a graduate of Villanova University with a B.S. degree in Accountancy and is a past member of the Board of Directors of the Chicagoland Chamber of Commerce and the local chapter of the American Cancer Society in the Metro Detroit area. |

New Jersey![]() Dan FinnSenior Vice President/Regional General Manager Greater Media New Jersey WDHA, WMTR, WWTR, WMGQ, WCTC, WRAT & WJRZ Mr. Finn was named Vice President & Regional General Manager in 2001, when Greater Media Inc. purchased New Jersey Broadcasting Inc. He was promoted to Senior Vice President in December 2007. Prior to working with Greater Media, he served as president and chief operating officer of New Jersey Broadcasting (WDHA-FM, WMTR-AM, WWTR-AM, WRAT-FM & WJRZ-FM). After the acquisition, Mr. Finn was given the responsibility of overseeing Greater Media's existing heritage properties in New Jersey, WMGQ-FM and WCTC-AM, in addition to managing the former NJB stations. He was elected to the board of directors of the New Jersey Broadcasters Association (NJBA) as treasurer in 2001. In 2004 & 2005, he was unanimously elected chairman of the organization. In 2006, Mr. Finn was elected to the board of directors of the New Jersey Ad Club. Mr. Finn was featured as one of New Jersey’s “Top Executives Under Forty Years Old” in the 2002 Annual “40 Under 40” issue, published by New Jersey Business Magazine. |

He is the former President & Chief Operating Officer (COO) of Infinity Broadcasting and Senior Regional Vice President of Clear Channel Communications. As VP/General Manager, Mr. Fullam helped to turn around WKTU, New York in 1996 and Z100, New York, in 1997. Prior to that, he served as president of Evergreen Media in Detroit, Michigan. While there, he oversaw the company’s Motor City properties including WNIC-FM and WKQI-AM. Mr. Fullam holds a Master’s degree in Business. |

Mr. Blake is responsible for overseeing the sales activities and initiatives for all of Greater Media's Philadelphia-based properties, which include market-leading FM stations WMMR, WMGK and WBEN-FM, as well as new Smooth Jazz WJJZ-FM and Sports Radio 950 WPEN-AM. The Philadelphia native joined Greater Media in 2002 as the General Sales Manager of WMMR-FM, and was promoted to Director of Sales for all of Greater Media's Philadelphia stations in January 2006. Ben S. CannizzaroGeneral Manager / Publisher Greater Media Newspapers Ben S. Cannizzaro is the General Manager and Publisher of Greater Media Newspapers, a group of 12 weekly newspapers based in Freehold. Prior to joining Greater Media in 2007, he served as the Vice President of Manufacturing for New Jersey Media Group. Mr. Cannizzaro started his newspaper career at The Herald News and News Tribune. In 1992, Ben became Transportation, Mailroom and Fleet Manager of The Record and Herald News of Hackensack. He was promoted to Production Manager in 1994 and Vice President of Manufacturing in 1997. As General Manager and Publisher, he is responsible for all departments of the weekly newspaper chain. |
